I am currently engaged in a task to find a comprehensive mail gateway system which can link many disparate mail systems together. In this search I have run across a company called "Touch Communications" in Campbell, CA which offers a product called the Worldtalk 400 gateway. It is an electronic mail gateway system which uses X.400 technology to talk to other messaging systems, but which itself can be a hub for a number of LAN electronic mail systems such as MicroSoft Mail, QuickMail, cc:Mail, Inbox, Novell MHS based systems. It also supports SMTP mail. We expecially like the fact that this gateway system utilizes X.400 to communicate with other messaging systems, including public mail carriers. Has anyone reading this newsgroup had any experiences with this company and/or this product? Has anyone had any experience with similar products by other companies? Thanks in advance for any information - Mark -- Mark Jenkins, SAIC CPVA::Marcus - SPAN [28119::Marcus] Marcus@CPVA.SAIC.COM or Marcus%CPVA.SPAN@sds.sdsc.edu (elsewhere)
