[net.games.rogue] t-port staffs in v5.3

[is this really necessary?]

Could someone explain to me just exactly how to use rods/staffs/wands/long-
cylinder called 'teleport from' and 'teleport to'?  I've tried just about
everything with these things and have gotten nothing from them.  We're running
Rogue Version 5.3.

Teleport from zaps the monster to a random remote location.
Telport to zaps him next to you so he can beat on you.
