I am using emacs 18.50.3, with emacstool under SunOS 3.5.2. When I pop up a menu with the right button, if I move the mouse outside the emacs window, the cursor tends to dissapear. I am using a color display, and the problem is particularly true on the gray background. It appears that the mouse is in the foreground color in all cases, rather than being some transform (XOR, NOT). I don't see anything obvious in emacstool.c, but I may be looking in the wrong place. (Yes rms, I know I "should" be running X window system. I don't have any free disk space right now to copy/build it on. It is certainly on my to-do list.)
