My Apollo talks to a Gould, and when I run vt100 emulation, I cannot run emacs because it says that terminal type 'vt100' is not powerful enough to run emacs -- because it lacks the ability to position the cursor. However, I CAN run vi (but I don't want to), which DOES manage to position the cursor in the vt100 window. How can I get emacs to talk to my vt100 emulator so I can edit files on the Gould?
