[net.games.rogue] what kind of wand is this?

I've been playing rogue 5.3 for over 6 months, and got a funny message
for the first time this weekend.  I wanted to find out what kind of wand
I had picked up, so I zapped it in an empty room.  Nothing happened, but
I got the message "you have a tingling feeling".  I never found an
identify scroll throughout the rest of that game, and still don't know
what kind of wand that was.  Anyone else know?
