I don't want to say this is a bug but it does break the law of least
astonishment.
Assume (setq mail-archive-file-name "~/.outgoing")
THE SCENARIO:
(1) Load .outgoing into a buffer
Edit it then save it, or perhaps just look at it, it doesn't matter.
(2) Mail someone a message.
(3) Mail someone else a message.
Error message reported
File has changed on disk; really want to edit buffer (y, n or C-h)
the message is refering to the .outgoing buffer but does not say
so (be nice if it did). Either way this is a little odd and there
is no really good way out of it. If you answer y then you loose
the copy of the last message sent out. If you answer n then you
can't mail your message.
