Drain Life WILL NEVER EVER GIVE THE MESSAGE "tingling feeling"

It will only give: "You hit the x", "You killed the x", or _nothing_

In the case of no monmsters present, it will give something
like 'nothing happens' (as with when the charges runs out).

PLEASE always think about (and tell us) the version of rogue you are
discussing.  The drain life wand gives a tingly feeling in rouge 3.6
and 5.2.  Just try it out in a nempty room...
