[gnu.emacs.bug] How to get X-window manual?

I apologized for send this note (not a bug report), but I do not
know where else to send to...I am looking for the X-window manual, 
especially X11 (Release4 or Release3).  Is there such a thing?  And how
do I get one.  Thanks.

PS  On the GNU Emacs availability information, it does not
    list the X-window manual.
