Emacs version 18.54 Sun-4, SunOS 4.0.3 Rnews mode 1) While in rnews mode, reading new articles sequentially, if you come across an article which is not available, the 'n' (next article) command fails, telling you that there is no next article. It does not move you forward to the next available article, and you have to use the 'j' (jump) command or use '^U2n' to skip over the missing article. Woe unto those who encounter a string of unavailable articles. 2) Once an article has been read, it is very difficult to get back to it. It would be nice if there was some way of scrolling through articles which have been read.
