Gnu Emacs 18.54 will do serious damage to itself (User Stack Pointer
is munged, messages printed on console to that effect, etc.) if
run on a terminal which has 23 columns and 4 rows (HP-28S Screen
Size).
I did not expect it to work, but it did die rather ungraciously.
Machine: Sun 100U
Processor: MC68010
OS: SunOS 4.0
Compiler: gcc 1.36
Compiler Options: Not less than "-O -g -fstrength-reduce -traditional", but may
have been different

Anything less than 5 columns and 5 rows (or something like that) will
cause emacs to fail. This necessitated a bizarre workaround in the X
code.
