As a beginner on rogue 5.2 how does one restart a saved game on the Bourne shell? I've tried rogue saved.game, but that will not work. HELP!!!! Thanks in advance. Stacie McGill The University of Texas at Austin

Never mind about my previous message; I had some time, so I dug in with adb
and figured out a way to copy rogue save files. It's not efficient -- I
basically decode the entire save file into memory, twiddle some fields, and
encode it back into a new file, twiddling another few bytes after the encoding
-- but it works and was the easiest way I could think of to implement it.
I'm new to this newsgroup -- is this type of message kosher or a major fau
pas?
