I am having a little trouble using the Xrlib menus with GNU. All the functionality like popping up the menu, selecting an item, and returning the index number of the item selected works fine. However, if when the menu is displaying and waiting for a selection I move the cursor outside of the menu, I lose the capability of going back to the menu and selecting an item. But worse of all, the menu remains displayed, and I cannot do anything else as ALL mouse clicks and keyboard presses are apparently ignored not only by the GNU window but by the whole display. At that point, I don't have other solution but to go to another terminal and kill the GNU process. By the way, the code that sets up and runs the Xrmenu's works fine as a separate program. The normal behavior is to be able to go off and on the menu without losing the selection capability and having the menu disappear if you select outside the menu. I am running 18.51, X11 release 2, and SystemV on an NCR 32/600. ANY help will be greatly appreciated. --arp. Angel R.
