[gnu.emacs] Requests for etags with pascal support

There apparently have been some problems with our mailer during the
last couple of weeks, with many messages being bounced back.  I am
beginning to get some of these failed messages now.  If any of you
had your requests bounced back (for my etags.c version with support
for pascal code), please try it again.
