[gnu.emacs] Posting Lisp code

Please affix a copyleft, including a copyright notice, when you post
Lisp code on this mailing list or elsewhere, so that we can prevent
hoarding of versions of that code in the future.

Could you recommend one that would be suitable?  Would the one Dan supplied
with edebug.el do the trick?  Or should we copy one directly from an
Emacs *.el file?
