How come that if I'm viewing a file, the major-mode in that buffer is not bound to view-mode but whatever mode that file happens to belong to (say emacs-lisp or fundamental) ? I'm using Emacs 18.54 under SunOS 4.0.1. I've extra key-bindings under view-mode but everytime I'm viewing files, I can't use those key-bindings.
