[gnu.emacs] How do I tell if using X11?

ALLEN@SSCVX1.SSC.GOV (02/22/90)

In my .emacs file I would like to do some things if I using X11 and
others if not. Is there a variable or lisp function I can use?

Thanks,
Michael

Variables window-system and window-system-version should do the trick.
