[gnu.emacs] Looking for elisp-archive file

I would like to get a copy of wordstar.el.z. I understand that this is
available from tut.cis.ohio-state:pub/gnu/emacs/elish-archive/misc. I
do not have internet access and would appreciate someone emailing this
