[gnu.g++] License

	Hello, folks! I have a question on the public license written in the
user's guide of g++ and libg++. I understand that if we modify these, we have
to distribute freely with the modification notice. But if we develop our own
programs in C++, and compile them with g++, what we should do? And also if we
develop our programs in C++ using libg++ library utilities, what we should do?
In both cases, we have to distribute freely our programs? I'm confused a
little bit. Please let me know the correct interpretation of the public
license.
