You can get ET++ via anonymous FTP from
sirius.nada.kth.se:pub/et++-1.0.tar.Z, or from
tut.cis.ohio-state.edu:pub/et++/*, or via anonymous UUCP from
osu-cis!~/et++/*. Write for instructions for osu-cis if you need
them.
