[gnu.g++] G++ mode for emacs

A couple of weeks ago I posted a request for a C++ mode for emacs.  I
received many copies of c++-mode.el, which can also be found in the
g++ distribution in the libg++/etc directory.  If you can't find a
copy, I'll forward one to anyone who requests it.
