I ftped ~ftp/pub/iv-2.6-beta.tar.Z from interviews.stanford.edu. I modified the CC.c to fit into my gcc/g++ configuration. Everything compiled OK, except the following ERROR appeared all over the place. I can not locate the builtin_delete and builtin_new.
