I use the AT&T ar, ld and as (COFF format). I would like to install G++. Before getting involved in a massive installation project, i would like to find out the following: 1. Can i install G++ to also use the AT&T ld, as, and ar with the required G++ libraries. If so, will sdb work with the resulting executables - or will adb work. 2. If the answer to 1. is no, or that 1 is a stupid, deadend; then can someone identify an ftp (reachable from uunet) or other archieve source where i from which i can download a unified, complete and current set of patches to create COFF versions of GCC, G++, G++ libraries, gas, gcc-ld, ranlib, gdb and any other items necessary to build and use G++. Alternatly, have these patches already been included in the above gnu software? Thanks for any help; bill hatch -- ========================================================================= Bill Hatch (301)470-3839(w) (301)441-1675(h) Coleman Research, 14504 Greenview Drive, Laurel MD 20708 All opinions expressed are my own - dont blame my employer or alembic systems
