First, we've had to turn off anonymous FTP on our systems because of a security problem. It will stay turned off until we can plug the hole - hopefully soon. Secondly, that u3b-gcc is "work in progress", and we were simply serving as a repository between the parties working on it. They will announce it and make it available when they are done, or will begin discussing it publically when they are ready for more help and testers.
