[net.games.rogue] Ultra Rogue binary availability.

The currently available binary only runs on VAXen, running 4.[23].
If is available via anonymous ftp from
ucb-vax pub/UR/*

the libsrogue.o.Z file has been compress(1)ed.  this program has been
posted to the net,  and should be generally available.

UUCP availability:
	I have NO access to uucp.  You will have to make arrangements with
	someone on the internet who can get the files from ucb-vax.
