[gnu.gcc] gcc-1.34 installation problem on sun3 os4

Don't use configuration sun3-fpa-os4 or sun3-os4.  Use of the fpa as a
default cannot work for most programs!  This option (fpa as default)
has been withdrawn in version 1.35.
