[gnu.gcc] Gcc 1.35 on MIPS machines

Hi,

I have not tried to compile GCC on the Dec 3100, but I have on another
MIPS machine with the MIPS C compiler (the Silicon Graphics Iris, to
be specific).  I did get gcc to compile (with some work), but it
generates illegal output instructions.  I think the port to MIPS
machines is still somewhat buggy, and I am looking forward to the next
(supposedly improved?) release.
