[gnu.gcc] gcc internals doc

I'm looking for a copy of the gcc internals documents (distinct from
those included with gcc).  Or have they been merged in recent releases
of gcc?

I wrote a while ago that I was looking for a gcc internals document
other than `gcc.texinfo'.  I have been assured that `gcc.texinfo' is
THE cannoncal reference for gcc.  Thanks to those who responded,
particularly Randy Smith.
