[gnu.gcc] gdb for C threads packages?

Has anyone produced a version of gdb that works on multithreaded
C programs. I'm aware of the Convex multiprocessor support that's in
the gdb-3.4 release, and I'll hack that if necessary. But support for 
sunlwp, Mach C-threads, or similar would be closer to my needs.
