[comp.org.usrgroup] MVS NBS Standard Encryption/Decryption

Does anyone out there have or know of a PD (or inexpensive) version of
a DES package written for MVS or VM (we actually will need both eventually,
right now MVS is more critical).  The package would have to adhere to the
NBS algorithm (never could spell that right :-).  Any leads would be
