| It seems to me that there are two kinds of people who use posted programs.
| There are the gurus and hackers who use the source code and don't need
| binary.  And there are the users, who use the binaries and don't want
| the source.  The latter would like an arc file containing the manual
| and a binary - and nothing else.  This is what should be posted in c.p.i.b.
| The former would like a shar or arc containing sources, doc texts,
| makefile, etc.  This should be posted in c.s.i.p.  The reason I think
| it should be posted here instead of a separate source group is that
| the gurus will be reading that group for questions and ideas, and will
| want to read code too.  Those of us who ask questions can just hit the
| n key when we see a subject with "source code" in it.
