For those who might want a program to 'ROT-13', as opposed to one that
'DE-ROT's:
the process is exactly the same. The same program does both.

Also, for those of you who disdain interactive programs, I have added
the capability to take file names off the command line to my ROT13
program, which was posted a short time ago. If anyone is interested,
send me email requests. Specify as to whether you want Source (MS
MASM), executable (ROT13.COM, 2119 bytes long), or both.
P.S., It still works interactively, if nothing is specified on the
command line.
