[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] PICNIX V3 "cp" command

Just a thought for the author of the wonderful PICNIX V3 Unix-like
DOS utilities-

the "cp" program on unix takes the command

% cp filename /full/path/with/trailing/slash/

to mean "copy 'filename' to the directory specified, or error that
there's no such directory". The PICNIX V3 "cp" command will toss
the trailing slash and will behave as:

C> ls /
argle/
bargle/
foo

C> cp foo bar/

C> ls
argle/
bar
bargle/
foo

That should have reported an error "could not create file bar/foo"
but it didn't - it simply tossed the trailing slash and created
the file bar.
