WANTED: EMS Utility Software, TSRs living in EMS memory

I'm currently using a few TSRs with some nice features like
a PopUp calculator a Programmers ASCII reference, an Alarm Clock,...
but after loading all the utilities I need, there's no base
memory left to use the machine for any other program.

The best solution would be to store the MAIN part of all these TSR's
in the background (EMS, or extended memory). So my question is:

Is there any PopUp TSR to do this job?

What will do the trick are memory managers, such as QEMM from Quarterdeck
and (I believe) 386ToTheMax will do this as well. (I assume you are using
a 386?)
Anyways, QEMM has a command you prefix the TSR call to load it in high
memory; like, for instance, to load Tornado Notes into high memory, I would
use
	loadhi tn
(I _would_ except I run TN as a task under DesqVIEW now...)

If you are running a 386 processor, you can use QEMM or 386^max to load
TSRs in "himem".
