Hello, since many months I use Chuck Forsbergs MV command which was posted to the net just one year ago ( Nov. 21 1987 ). Everything was fine until today, when I wanted to mv a file to another drive. My commandline: c:\dos>MV TEST.TXT E:\ so I wanted to bring test.txt from c:\dos to e:\, but THE FILE DISAPEARED !!!! I could not find it anywhere, not on c:, not on e: nor on another drive or directory. It is also not possible to mv a file to a subdirectory on another drive, it disappears also. It is only possible to bring a file to another drive by giving e: for example. So: BE CAREFULL when MVing to another drive !!! R. Kirchner
