Some time back a program was posted to c.b.i.p to read/write the 'inter-
applications communications' area in DOS. I have tried the program out and
it works, and I want to make use of it in some of my software.
Questions: Is this an officially documented resource of DOS? What versions
is it available in? Is it always at the same address? Where is this guy
documented?
