Some time ago I got CTUTOR from the SIMTEL archive. It's really a *very* good shareware tutorial and therefor I paid my contribution to the author Gordon Dodrill (Coronado Enterprises). Thereupon I got further tutorials (texts and program exercises) which I found very recommendable too.
