I know that Mr. Moderator said something about getting his main site back up just recently, and perhaps this dearth of binaries is only local to my site, but shouldn't we be seeing at least SOME messages in the binaries group?

After we lost and regained our air-conditioning, we had to undergo some
major repairs including replacement of the hard disk assembly in a 600
megabyte drive. This was the disk that contained all user areas,
including everything to be posted to comp.binaries.ibm.pc. We were
able to restore all files from a tape backup made just before the disk
was repaired.
We are now fully up. Comp.binaries.ibm.pc will be active in another
day or two. I will clear the backlog fairly quickly.
I will also post a list of pending submissions, so you will know if
anything you sent here was lost due to system crashes.
