NO!  "simple.bsn" is a parser skeleton.  See the readme files.

Also, I believe the complete sources (and new bison doc) file are available
from prep.ai.mit.edu (128.52.32.14).

Could someone who has access to "prep" please post the bison doc file to
ANY of the appropriate usenet groups?  I've got three different versions
of PC BISON now, and I still don't know what the extensions over YACC are.
(or even what the difference between the simple and full parsers is).
