A short while ago before the announcement of the new version of ghostscript someone mentioned that they had the binaries in an ftpable place for PC's with ega cards. Where is that place, and is it now the new version? Also, the common patch program on unix machines (by larry wall, I think) has been ported to the pc be several persons. I grabbed a version in an arc called pcpatch (with diff and ed in it ) but this patch did not work properly, all sorts of garbage in the output. Who has an ftpable port (source prefered) of patch. Can I get that by mail or ftp? Please ***** don't just fire them off to me, send me mail about the possibility of getting these programs, and then I'll pick the most efficient way to get them. On the last note, the traffic of votes for zoo is becoming to great, I realize that this is an issue of importance to those of us who use this group, but, let's respect the requests for the voting to be done by e-mail to roy@sts.sts.com. 8-) Sorry if that sounds in the least preachy, it is not meant to be.! -- Frank Kolakowski ____________________________________________________________________________ |lfk@mbio.med.upenn.edu || Lee F.
