When someone takes Phil's specs. and ports it, it will. So what
are you waiting for :-)

When zoo was first posted, I suspect that many people (myself included)
didn't bother to save it because "I've already got [PK]ARC". I would
like to see the binaries/sources re-posted so that us sticks-in-the-mud
have got it when/if zooed binaries start apearing. I know I should have
saved it at the time, but then it seemed like just another file archiver.

Judging by what I've seen posted about ZOO since, I'll cast my vote
in favour of ZOO.
