[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] Looking for "SIM-EGA"

I'm looking for a utility that performs a SIMCGA-like function for an EGA
card. I have an EGA card and a CGA monitor; thus, I cannot use any of the
640x350 modes...a CGA monitor only works with 200 lines vertically. I know
of the program SIMCGA which displays CGA graphics on a Hercules monitor by
repeating every so many lines to fill the higher-resolution screen. Is there
a corresponding utility for my problem, which subtracts every so many lines
to fit the image on my monitor? I don't mean a Cshow, but a memory resident
program which fools EGA hires programs into running. Uuencoded programs, ftp
sites, or source would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I know I should get a new monitor...I'm working on it.
