Comp.binaries.ibm.pc is the place for anything of any size, i.e. binaries. Posting binaries to c.s.i.p is a slap in the face of Rahul Dhesi, the moderator of c.b.i.p. If you do not agree with his moderation, then discuss it, but do not go around it by posting to comp.sys.ibm.pc. Grape.ecs.clarkson.edu (aka TwiliteZne, the CUHUG BBS) is the semi-official c.b.i.p archives, and I am the sysadmin of it. I will not archive anything posted to comp.sys.ibm.pc. As far as I know, I am the only admin archiving comp.binaries.ibm.pc.
