Can anyone out there help? I'm looking for the source code for an assembler for the IBM pc/xt. I'm sure there must be some good public domain assemblers floating around. Thank You.

There are several free and shareware assemblers in directory
pd1:<msdos.asmutl> at Simtel20. The A86 assembler is very good and has
a companion D86 debugger.

Does anybody know a PD assembler which gives Microsoft
compatible OBJ files?
If you do, please Email.
Thanks,
Michael
