[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] How are .binaries articles encoded and where do I get a decoder?

Hi there,
	I'm new to this group, and I would like to use some of the software
provided in the comp.binaries.ibm.pc group.  Could someone mail me info on how
to decode the postings and where to get the decoding programs I'll need?
