Here's the lyric (from Blinded ...) I requested -- *************** That depends on whether you want the line as sung in the popular version of that song (sung by Mannfred Mann) or the original (sung by B. Springsteen). As written by Springsteen, the line is "Wrapped up like a deuce, another runner in the night." When Mannfred Mann decided to redo the song, they copied the lyrics by listening to the song, and got some of the words confused. Their second line goes "Wrapped up like a douche, another runner in the night." They also changed the sex of "Little Early-pearly" and re-arranged some of the verses.
