[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] v03i001: another source on "binaries"

This is the second "comp.binaries.ibm.pc" posting in about a week that
turns out to be source instead of binary. It's a minor irritation,
since I don't have a good C compiler on my pc, and don't intend to get
one soon. But after all, there isn't any "comp.sources.ibm.pc", and
there doesn't seem to be enough volume to justify one. Maybe there
will be after a while.
