Part 2 of the poly3d binaries expired before I got a chance to
save it. If you would be willing to it them to me, please send me
email. I'd prefer that you don't all immediately send the complete
file, since I only need one copy of it, and don't want to fill up a
disk.
So, if you have the second part, and would be willing to email it to
me, send me a message and let me know. If you don't get a response,
you can assume that (1) I couldn't find a return path to you, or (2)
I've already made arrangements to get the file from someone else.

cancel the original article, but I may not have been fast enough.]
