Thank you for your response to my posting. I will sure
appreciate it if you can mail me a copy of your toggle
programs.
FYI, I know that the motherboard dip switches may be
set so the computer boots up in turbo mode. I lost the
manual so I wouldn't know which dip switches to fix.
The reason I am asking for a soft toggle is so I can put
it in my autoexec.bat and run it upon booting up.
