I haven't seen any refences here to one of the (in my opinion) great
shows of the past, THE INVADERS.  It was about a man who discovered
that aliens had come to earth and taken human form to infiltrate the
media, government, etc. in preparation for a complete takeover.  Each
episode involved him tracking down (or stumbling across) some more 
aliens in high places, trying to get officialdom to believe him, and
finally defeating (or at least escaping) the aliens on his own.

For those of you who remember the show, here are some trivia questions
(not all of which I know the answers to...)

	(1)  Name the character who knew about the aliens.
	(2)  What was his profession.  (Which he never actually
	     practiced on the show -- where he got the money to
	     survive was never explained.)
	(3)  Who played him in the series?
	(4)  What was the aliens' natural form,and how did they
	     reproduce themselves?
	(5)  The aliens had a device that could kill humans if 
	     it touched them.  What were the symptoms of death
	     from it?
	(6)  What happened to the aliens when the series ended?

I have one other question about THE INVADERS that I do not remember the
answer.  What was the method by which the main character detected that someone
was an alien (something to do with the hands)?  I'm not sure I understood it
at all when I watched the show, and I certainly don't remember it now.  Mail to:
