wsmr-simtel20.army.mil has been unreachable from Finland for aaround a week
now. Is our network connection bad, or is there some other known problem ?

I have not been able to reach ST20 from NYSERnet, either. I haven't gotten certain regular mailings which originate there. Can any of the people on .MIL add to this?
